A clan is a dedicated collection of citizens who have united under a certain
banner to follow and further a common cause. Each clan has its own set of
rules and regulations, as well as those common to all the clans of Draknor.
At the 20th level of knowledge, one may choose to join a clan.
Only clan members, and those who have deserted, or been outcast from their
clans may kill or steal from others. This makes joining certain clans a
dangerous step. Attacking and/or killing fellow clan members is legal,
although highly undesirable, as it only hinders the clan's overall ability to
further their cause.
There are safe clans available for those who wish to remain separated from
the battlefields, politics and dangers many clans face.
All clans have a gem allocated to them as a payment medium. These gems,
once donated by clan members, can be used to purchase various items, rooms
and various other things that will assist in furthering their cause.
New clans may be formed via petitions to the immortals. The basis and
ideals of the clan must be clear, concise and suitable to be considered.
