this change is firstly for builders, two new exit flags
1: seethrough, makes it possible to see the next room through the exit
2: noexit, makes it impossible to go through an exit ( or see it )
The last one seems stupid, but it's used in conjunction with the
seethrough flag to make, for example, a window.
