Tail skill added for races with tails.
-Cannot tail races larger than your own.
no longer see the message "A group member gets behind" if you
are the only group member, nor will you see it on yourself.
Tag command added
-Immortals set a tag game, and have the following options: show,
begin, halt, reset, stop, it.
-Mortals can only tag players, not mobs or Imms, tag is within
a single area only.

Experience gained changed a bit, mostly dealing with groups.
I'll watch this over the next couple of days and probably edit it here
and there to get a good system set up.

The first part of the Class changes happened today. The first part has
changed mostly only the names of the Classes themselves. Now we can start to
change each class individually. The changed Classes are:
Mystic, Druid, Barbarian, and Warlock have all stayed the same. Although
their skills and spells will be still be worked on of course. Everything is
about to start changing. Feel free to post ideas on the idea board or the
Forum. We check both regularly.
