Fixed some crashes concerning the new clans again.
Buying pets works, and won't crash if bought.
Pet's now recall with you instead of to towns.
Fixed a crash that triggered if a low level killed something. ;)
Fixed an lookup error in finding where to put someone who dies.

Quest objects now save during quitting and logging back on.
Objects disappear from the room if you quit. And will appear on login.
Quest Timer, and System in general, programmed better than before.
cedit create <name> Added to create a new clan file.
cedit added into OLC commands
cedit <name> entered OLC if clan name is found.
Many cedit commands added into the game. Type <commands> while in OLC
to see the options.

Bug in clan equipment not growing with you fixed.
The new cities diamonds will now work for clan donating
--Clan specific donation gems will soon be ready, all current
--donations will be moved to new system. None will be lost.
get_clan command added to find clans of the the system
